Say more. How do you receive them? What program are you trying to
print with? What kind of printer? Does it ever work?
(Print Screen has nothing to do with this. It's a button on the
keybaoard left over from old days when hitting the PrintScreen button
the contents of the screen would be printed on the connected printer.
Since Windows 1.0 c. 1986 this button copies the desktop to the Windows
Clipboard, and from there you paste it into a program that can accept a
graphics image).
