Print Screen

This is an operating system question, so try at a more relevant group
if this does not suit yours:

Press the PrintScreen key for the whole scree or Alt+PrintScreen for
the active window and then paste it in a graphics program like
MSPaint.

Screen Shots.

Have the screen in the view you want to capture. Then press 'Print Screen'
key. Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint. Now, click Edit >
Paste, you will possibly get a message about the "clipboard image being
bigger that the BitMap, do you want to continue > Yes. Use the
"Rectangular shape Select Tool" to select the section you want to copy some
place else. You can use this Copied Selection in Word or any other
Program. If you Paste the Copied Selection in to a Word
document, then you can enlarge it, rotate it and several other
things
