hi,does anyone know how i set up my pc/printer to print
screen ive had a look about and cant see where to do
this,thanks in advance.Neil

Neil,

Natively, Windows does not print directly to the printer when using Print
Screen. You need to view the contents of the clipboard to see the image;

Start>Run>clipbrd (typed in the caption box)

There are 3rd party utilities which will print the results directly to the
printer, use Google to search for them; PrintKey is a good choice, it's
free, and can be obtained by visiting;

In Windows, the "Print Scrn" key does not print to your printer.

When you press the "Print Scrn" a capture is taken of screen, to use this
image, open paint (or another image editing package) and select paste. You
will see the image that has been captured. You can then save/edit as you
please.
A good (free) image package can be found at www.irfanview.com (download all
the plugins also).

Another neat trick is to hold the "Alt" key down at the same time as you
press the "Print Scrn" button, this will capture an image of the active
window at that time.

Hit your print screen button on keyboard and open up paint/edit/paste , then
print from there
