How can I set up to print screen from both Windows 2000
and Windows XP. I have been wanting to learn for a while
now but every time a ask someone I end up with the same
results, not being able to screen print. I figure that if
anyone knows, it will be someone from the Newsgroups of
Microsoft itself. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Printing the screen can be done using windows clipboard and a graphics
utility. Or there are several third party utilities such as printkey.

Basically, you use the print screen key to send the screen to the clipboard,
and a graphics utility to print the pasted screen after doing whatever
editing and reformatting needed. Some systems work better if you save the
picture prior to printing it.

Most of the third party utilities somewhat automate the process, and have
the options needed to reformat the picture prior to printing without using a
graphics program..
