Print Screen not capturing video content

Hi,

I am trying capture a screenshot of a mpeg video by
pressing alt-print screen while playing on microsoft
media player 9. Everything(toolbars, desktops) is
captured except the video itself.

I have tried using mplayer2 and real one player but still
have the same problem.

Can anyone please help???
 
why do you press alt? all you need to do is print screen.
microsofts print screen doesnt capture video so i suggest
you download software called snag it
 
Thank you. But alt-print screen seems to work with
windows 2000 on videos. I am just wondering could it be
problem with windows xp.
