Print remote info locally

I am trying to print on a local printer a document that is on a remotly
accessed computer. It works on one computer but not the other.

It was working on a cutomer's computer, I installed a new computer setup
remote access, checked the printers box to make local printers available.
Now it doesn't work at all.

I have tried everything... Any suggestions would be great.
 
Are they the same printer? Assuming you also receive Event ID 1111, 1105, make sure you have the print drive on the server. This search result may help,

Actually, they are two different printers, both locally connected.

I am not receiving any event ID.

The driver for the printer that is working is not on the server, neither is the other.
Are they the same printer? Assuming you also receive Event ID 1111, 1105, make sure you have the print drive on the server. This search result may help,

You will need to have a matching printer driver on the server, else the local printers wont get redirected.
Please install the driver on the server and reconnect.
