Print range of pages in Outlook??

In all programs you normally have the option to print a range of pages. Why in Outlook do I only see Odd or Even as the pages to print??? When printing out an email, why in the world would I want to print just odd or even pages? Is there an add-on or something that will allow me to just print page 1 of an email? Why after 8+ versions of Outlook is the ability to print 1 page still missing

Outlook is printing at least three different formats, text, RTF and HTML,
and uses different components for each one, some borrowed from other
programs. Feel free to send your suggestions to (e-mail address removed) and
