Print queue.

Hi All,

I have a slight problem which Relates to printing envelopes and them taking
priority over any other paper source. This creates issues for anyone wanting
to print envelopes as they have to be quick, specific in loading envelopes
and hope that no one else sends a print job whilst they are doing it.

Does anyone know a quick solution to this problem or would there have to be
some software engineering design to complete this task?
 
Printer, Properties, Advanced, Hold mismatched documents

If the envelope "Tray" is the manual feed, the jobs should stay unprinted a
job status of "Envelope nnn not loaded". Once the correct envelope size is
inserted in the printer, the job should be scheduled.

The configuration is not always an easy one if the printer default is print
any mismatched docs to Letter so this will probably require some
configuration on the printer as well.
