Print Query Screen View

I have created a query and want to print the entire query window on 11x17
paper? I am trying to show the joins involved with this query so I can take
this to my teacher and ask questions about it. The whole query window does
not show on the screen and therefore I can't "print screen" and capture all
that I want. Any help is appreciated.

It's a different appearance, but you can use Tools... Analyze...
Documenter to print out the query definition; or (probably better)
open the query in SQL view and print the SQL text. The SQL contains
all of the information (including the joins) in the Query; in fact,
the query design window is simply a tool for building SQL.

You can also shrink and move the table icons in the window.

All you need to do is state "there is no possible solution for this" and
hope that Stephen Lebans reads it and has a few free hours over the weekend.

WindowToBitmap is a database containing a class to allow you to capture
and save the entire contents of the Relationship window to a disk based
Bitmap file. This is roughly a 4800 x 4800 pixel window. The Bitmap is
saved as a 16 color BMP in order to reduce file size.

Version 1.2

For the A2K version ONLY, added support to allow the user to save the
Query Design View window to disk.


I hope the OP is referring to the Relationship view window within the
SQL window in Design view.
