PRINT PROBLEM ON FORMS

Access Forms print out without the Detail section: Only
the footer and header sections print, while the detail
section appears blank. Yet onn the screen everything looks
normal!

The simple answer: Don't print forms. They aren't designed for it. Only
print reports. That's what they're there for.

The more complex answer is that you probably do not have a record saved in
the recordsource of the form. If Access cannot find a record for a form, it
won't display any controls.

I'd suggest creating a Report. Forms are designed for onscreen
viewing, reports for printing. You can save a Form as a Report if you
want to save the effort of building it.
