that?

Hi wlmak :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using so I can only guess
at a suggestion. Try the following and see if it helps:

First - Do you have an accelerator supplied by your ISP? If so, try turning
it off.
It works by reducing image size (and therefor quality) for downloads.

Try clearing the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and
delete offline content.)

If you have McAfee, turn off the McAfee Privacy

Zone Alarm Pro can block Images in IE
1. Go into IE>Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom level>reset custom
level to Medium or Low
2. Go into IE>Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>set the slider to Medium or Low
3. Go to this site and read on adjusting the Privacy settings in ZA. It will
explain how to customize on a per site basis.

Kerio Personal Firewall and any other anti-advertisement software you have
on your system will also do this.

If you have any 3rd party toolbars, such as Google or Yahoo, disable them
and see if that helps.

Disable any ad or popup blockers as they can cause this problem.

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>under the Printing section, check the
box next to Print Background colors and images

Explorer

If still no joy.....

Make sure that the Kill-bit is _NOT_ set to Flash Control.

Are you using one of those programs that are supposed to speed up your
browsing? They will cause this.

Hope this helps.

the users able to browse the website with the images, but not when on the
print preview page.

will check on all the PCs as per your recommendation as this happened to
some but not all the users.
