I have a database established for our company. I have the
reports triggered by macros, all of which specify that the
report should generate in preview mode and then wait for
the user to print it. However, based on certain printers
in the office, the reports goes into preview mode and then
prints automatically. How can I prevent this?
Thanks for your time.

Heidi:

Review your macros. There's nothing in Access that would cause that to
happen. You must have either a PrintOut command following the open report
command or a second OpenReport command in the macro somewhere.
