Print Preference Disable

Is is possible to temporarily disable the printing of header/footer info when
printing a web page? I'm developing a page that a user can print on
pre-printed masthead paper but obviously don't want the header/footer to
print. I don't want to disable indefinately, just for printing that page.
Can such a workaround be done so the end user does not have to do anything on
their end.

Hi Mark,

I don't think there is any way to do it programmatically from a web page as
you would have to change the registry entries for the header and footer to
blanks. mmm. What about publishing the web page as a word document so that
the client can use Word's print functionallity?

I may be mistaken

Regards.
