Okay, through the lexmark.com website I found the help I may need. Actually I have looked at this page several times but I do not understand it.

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, modify the printer's .inf file to exclude the language monitor. Typically, a language monitor is not used by a network printer. To modify the printer's .inf file, follow these steps: 1. Log on to the print server where the printer is installed.
What does this mean? If I can't install it, how can I log on to where it's installed. Even if it was installed I still would not understand this.
2. Start Windows Explorer.
3. In the left pane, click the drive:\Windows\Inf
folder, where drive:\Windows is the path of the folder where Windows is installed.
This is didnt understand either, but I did a computer search to find this and of course, I cannot install my printer so how could the printer be there as listed below? this is why i didnt think this applied to me but as I mentioned..through Lexmark...it says this is the solution???
4. In the right pane, right-click the Printer.inf file, where Printer is the name of your printer, and then click Open.
Note If the .inf file for your printer is not visible, follow these steps: a. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
b. Click the View tab, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
Did this with a search including hidden files and the same as above...can't be there if I can't install.
5. Add a semicolon at the beginning of the entry that begins with the following text:
LanguageMonitor=
Note The semicolon disables the entry.
6. Close the .inf file, and then click OK to save it.
7. Quit Windows Explorer.

I have looked high and low for help with the print monitor. I have searched on MS and on google and have asked some friends if they could help. I cannot find a solution to this "print monitor is unknown issue." I did read that it is something about language and I remember seeing something on my computer about printer language but I was following steps from a different post and do not remember which one it was (there's been many), can ANYONE help me with this issue?
