I am unable to print the entire width of a page from IE. This has happened
with three successive printers and I am finally getting around to asking the
question. When I use Print Preview, it clips the right side of the
text and then it prints exactly like the Preview. Is there any way to make
sure I get all the text that is displayed on a normal page?

TIA,

Tom

Have you tried opening IE > file > print setup > adjusting the margins to
something like .5 or even .25?

Have you set the margins?

IE>File>Page Setup. (Default setting is 0.75 all around).

Thanks for Galen and Bruce for the replies.

Yes, I actually set both the left and right margins to 0 and then it
defaulted to 0.166" when I tabbed off them. But, that still did not solve
the problem. For example, if I pull up www.yahoo.com and then File/Print
Preview, it still cuts off the right side of the page ... even though there
is very little margin. I think it has more to do with some HTML setting
than the margins but I am not sure. Actually, I see that the word-wrap
actually extends (in Print Preview) further than the IE page, but I still
get some cutoff on the printed page.

Thanks,

Tom
