Print mail message in Windowsmail

All of a sudden our cannon mp500 series printer has quite printing emails and
is only prinping email headers I can't get messages printed now. HELP???

Does it print okay from IE? WinMail uses the settings for printing that IE uses, so check and see if IE is printing okay. You might also see if this helps: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#12 (point 12).
