If you have a parallel port printer, from a command prompt, type dir >LPT1 2. From a command prompt, type dir >filename. Then open notepad and print filename. 3. Go to http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=321379 and follow the directions there. 4. Download a freeware program to do this. Here's one which usually gets good reports: http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptdirprn.asp
