Print Limitation

My question is are there any printing limitations to print from Powerpoint
2003 specifically to long paper formats. I am trying to print 36" x 200" but
the printer spits out a lot of paper and prints out jumbled graphics on the
last foot. The file will print successfuly up to 18" x 100," but I am having
problems printing files with 36" x 200." Thank you.

Hello,

PowerPoint does exhibit the problem you describe when printing to large
format printers at high resolution. The only workarounds at this time are
to print smaller, or at a lower resolution.

Thanks but that doesn't answer my question...I guess the answer is YES
Powerpoint does have a limitation when it comes to printing large formats
such as 36" x 200." With a different program such as CorelDraw, we have no
problem printing out 36" x 200." Microsoft needs to improve on this, just
tell one of the programmer to spend 10 minutes and change the limitation
length in the scripts, maybe for the next Office release or update.
