Print jobs won't cancel

I have an HP LaserJet 3200 that has worked well for a number of years.
Lately, however, print jobs that are sent to it won't cancel after the job is
completed (you have to manually cancel them by going into the Printer/Faxes
menu). We have another printer (an HP Photosmart 7550 hooked to the same
computer and it runs fine).

We are using an relatively new (3 months old) HP Pavilion 7680 running
Windows XP Media Center edition). The problem is not with new computer; the
printer worked fine until about two weeks ago, and we haven't been able to
determine any reason (loading new software, hardware, etc.), which would have
caused the problem.

Yes, here's my idea: Post this to a Windows XP newsgroup instead of a .Net
Programming newsgroup.
