I have a form embedded into a report. The report is based on a query
that contains 3 tables. The query has a parameter that is based on a
call number assigned to a customer. There are multiple items listed
under the call number. I want the report to print only page 1 of the
report. It is currently printing a page for each record under the call
number. I have a text box on the form that will provide the aggregate
sum of the order. TIA

Have you set the LinkMasterFields and LinkChildFields for the SubReport
Control?

I'd suggest, BTW, that you create a report that contains the data and print
that instead of a Form -- forms printed in reports usually don't look very
good (after all, forms are for interacting and viewing on-screen; reports
are for non-interactive printing).

Larry;
Thank you for your quick response. I guess I need to clarify a little
more. It is not an Access form. I understand I can set it up to print
only data. I would still to print the image, and feed the forms
through the printer. There is not a problem in printing quality. I do
not have a subForm/report in the report. I am hoping to avoid having
to tell it to print only page 1. Thanks.
