Print infoirmartion from excel to text document

Hi all....this is my first time here so hope someone can help.....What i
have created is an excell file that will inport horse race odds to my
sheet....i have created macros to sort the information and to calculate
my bets...the problem i am having is i need to print the bets and thier
amounts out in a plain text document for transfer to my betting
account.......now the information i need printed is displayed in 5
diferent cells in a row and thereare up to 16 rows down depending on
the amount of starters.....i need this information to be placed on a
text document with out spaces or predifined spaces in this format

10.08.04 MR1F 1..5..100

now all that information can be displayed on my document no
problems...i just need it transfered to the text document
automaticly..
