is okay.

Any solution? Thanks in advance.

Outlook 2003 seems to do this for me. For prior versions of Outlook, change
the format of the message to Plain Text and the attachment names will print.

Do you think you can change the format of email to plain for INCOMING EMAIL?
Just correct me if my steps is wrong:
1. Double click the open the email wanna print
2. Click Format
3. I found the Plain/HTML is dimmed

With thanks,

Click Edit>Edit Message and then you'll be able to click Format>Plain Text

Does it means Outlook 2003 can print attahed filename without change to
Plain Text?
If change to plain text in outlook 2000, it will lose all format. Are there
any way to print attachment filename without lose all format using Outlook
2000?

WIth Outlook 2003, I can see the attachment name when I print a message no
matter what format I choose.
