print in usa from english cd rom

if i save word documents on a cd rom in the uk how will it print out in the
USA as paper sizes differ
 
The same Word document can look different on different computers as Word
uses the default printer (driver) to base its formatting settings on (even
when they have the same paper size).

If you really want finalized files to look the same everywhere, you should
save them as XPS or PDF.
