When in the inbox, user clicks on the print icon and the
messages immediately starts printing.
When in a calendar, user clicks the print icon and it
opens the printer settings window and she has to click OK
before it starts printing.
Is there any way to get the print icon on the calendar
window to function the same as it does on the inbox
