how print any file from command line to predeterminated printer,(usb or
network printer)

I use a very nice third-party utility, Print File (PRFILE). You can
give it various sets of settings, and print from the GUI or the
command line. Command-line arguments let you specify which set of
settings, BUT it's also possible to tie a set of settings
automatically to a file extension. It's free, too.
