Print Form

I am new user ... I would like to print the information
(record ) that I see on a screen in a form. When I select
Print from the menu the background screen color is also
printed thus using a lot of toner. I would like to put a
button on the form to print the record. How can I do this
without having to "recreate" the form in a Report? Thanks
in advance for any help.

If you open the form in Design mode you can copy (CTRL-A, CTRL-C) and paste
to a Report in design mode. Recreating is, therefore, reasonably simple.

Ok I copied the information to a report .... but now what
do I do? I tried creating a "Print" command button however
it just shows "#Name?" in all the fields. Remember I'm a
newbie here .... Thanks
 
Make sure that your report RecordSource is set to the same one you had for your
form.
