Hi

Is it possible to print a form with the subform? Then my next questio
is, how do I attach 'Clear form' or 'Save form' and clear it ready t
be used again.

I have created an invoice as a form and subform, spending quite a bi
of time, and have found that when I create a command button with th
wizard, it will only print the main form and information on that, no
the subform at all. Is it possible to do this or do I have to creat
it again as a report?

Also, any hints on how I could add code to this button to clear an
save the information, ready for a new invoice, once it has been printe
would be very much appreciated!

Thank you!

Forms are best used for onscreen viewing, Reports for printing. You
can open a Form in design view and save it as a Report to save the
labor of recreating all the controls.

It sounds like you may be viewing an Access Form as just a way to
print data to paper. That's NOT what they're for - they are designed
to add data to a Table (or tables); printing that data is a separate
operation!

To "blank" the form, simply click the *> icon on the navigation
buttons to move to a new record in the table.
