I have been asked by a colleague for help in organizing his Outlook
folders. The first thing I would like to be able to do is to print
out the entire folder structure. If this is too easy perhaps I could
add the number of messages and total memory of each folder content.

Can this be done ?

I don't know if there's an easier way, but you could open all the folders to
display the full tree and do Alt-Print Screen and paste the picture in a
Word document. At least you'd have a print-out you could work with.

And to see the size of each, right click the parent folder, properties,
folder size and do a screenshot of that as well.

Somehow I thought that there would be a VB way of extracting the
longest path from the deepest parts of the structure.

This guy has so many .pst files that manual technique will take for
ever!
