Print envelope for Outlook Contact

Does anyone have a procedure (custom or otherwise) that will enable an envelope to be printed for an Outlook contact?

Although it would seem that with Outlook 2003 and 'Business Contact Manager' this would be a no-brainer, there is still no built in functionality that I can locate.
 
The built-in functionality is in Word. See
