Print Current Report

I have a database that's used to submit Maintenance work
orders. I have a form that people once completed clicks a
button that generates a report for our Maintenance
department.

After submitting the work order is there a way for the
person to print just the current work order (report) that
they just submitted?

I can get the report to print but it prints all the work
orders that have been submitted. I want to print the
current one report.
