Print attachment info on a hard copy of e-mail for records?

When I send an e-mail with an attachment, I need to print a hard copy of the
e-mail for the file. When I print the e-mail it does not show the attachment
information. Why?

Suggestion: Instead of printing all e-mail move the sent items that you just
might possibly need to print some day in the future to a separate folder,
copy your pst to a CD for backup and then only print the one message that
you may need. I assume that your attachment file is also on your harddrive;
place it in a folder for to copy to the CD periodically.

Only plain text messages will print the attachment information. HTML and
Rich Text format message do not print this information.
