Hi,
I am hoping some of you IT Gurus may be able to assist
me
One of my colleagues is using Windows 2000 SP4 with
Office XP SP2. He sends a lot of important attachments to
suppliers with attachments, and there is one particular
supplier who denies receiving a lot of the emails, even
though we have 'read' receipts from him. We would like to
print out a copy of the sent email as a record, however
printing out does not show the attachments. This works on
an older machine with Outlook 2000 on.
I am assuming its the "Print as laid out on screen"
option within the email itself, however this option
is "greyed out". The user has local admin rights, does
anyone have any idea why this maybe happening?
Also another odd problem, when sending email, the text
size often jumps up 2 or 3 pts, if we look in sent mail,
it appears normal, but at the recipients end, the font
size is all over the place, this happens on several
machines. Very odd !!
I would appreciate any help anyone can offer me on this
problem.
Thanks & Best Regards
James
