If I have an email with a pdf attachment, is it possible to print the email
and attachment together without first opening the .pdf file? If not are
there 3rd parties available to do this?

I'm using Outlook 2007.

Thanks

Yeah, but the pdf still needs to be opened to print it. It's not that hard.
Unless, of course, you get tons of pdfs??

The attachments will need opened to print but there are third party tools
that will automate it.

I actually download the Sperry Autoprint plugin for Outlook and it appears
to be the right solution.

It is setup on a users desktop along with a rule so that any messages that
comes to her and meets certain criteria is then moved to a temporary Outlook
folder where the Autoprint tool then sees the email, prints the attachment
and then deletes the message.

Thanks for the info!

If you have tons of attachments the addins automate the process and
open/close the attachments for you.
