Print all Contacts via alpha letter only, i.e. only contacts under "C"

When I make a correction to a current Contact listing, why can't I just print out that particular group of contacts that fall under one letter of the alphabet, i.e. "A", or "Y", rather than printing out the entire contacts list. I print out my contacts in memo form for my Franklin Covey calendar...thanks for quick response - Sue
 
Please clarify and provide more details. I can't even tell if you're using
Outlook, let alone what you're trying to do.
