Print Address Labels from Columns??

Have an Excel spreadsheet with Name, Address, State, Zip in different
columns. Are there stored functions an easy method to print envelopes or at
least write that information to a text file for printing as address labels?
 
Hi Al,
It is difficult (frustrating) to get Excel by itself to print labels, what might be
set up properly for you may not work for someone else printing to
the same machine.

Microsoft expects you to use MS Word's Mail Merge and you can
use Excel as your database. Some help in doing this can be
found on my Mail Merge page.
