I would like to print out a weekly copy of my calendar that has a time bar
down each day with appointments spaced according to time. This would then
allow me to pencil in new appointments when I'm out on the road. It would
also give me a visual representation of how long each appointment was
scheduled for.
Any thoughts
I'm using Outlook 2003

If this were my wish, I'd press ALT-Print Screen, open Word or Paint, and
paste the image into a new document. I'd then print that document on a
device that could handle the size.

Thanks Brian I'm currently doing that but its messy and as I would like my
colleagues to do the same I'm looking for something I can do from within
Outlook.
