Our office recently upgraded to outlook 2007 and the printing functions are
not suited for our current need. We like to print weekly calendars that show
the appointment in its entirety. For instance we have the appointment listed
like this "Clients name/type of file/salesperson/processing person/file
progress" Sometimes, depending on the length of the names, and how much
information we need, the printer calendar cuts off information. To print the
weekly view each appointment has only one line it is allotted. We tried the
"detail view", but that puts the weekly calendar view over onto two pages
which we don't want. I downloaded the Calendar Printing Assistant for
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, but I can only print my "personal" calendar. I
would like to print the shared calendar. Is there anyway I can export the
shared calendar to the Calendar Printing Assistant?

Thanks!!

On the left side is an option to add calendars and tasks - as long as its in
your calendar navigation list, you should be able to print it. If not, did
you open it using open other users folder or is it a secondary mailbox in
your profile?

In case Outlook still does not meet your printing needs, consider using a 3rd party app called WinCalendar. It is a calendar maker that supports creating calendars in native MS Word & Excel formats. It has a feature to import Outlook calendar data. From Excel & Word you can further edit & then print using all the abundant printing options of Word & Excel. Fore more info see:
