Print a custom form from Outlook that resembles the scre...

I can design a form in Outlook, but am unable to generate a printed version
of the form that looks like the form on the screen. The data prints out in a
list: datafield, data. Is there a way to get a WYSIWIG printout of the
completed form?

template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
