Print 2 PDF txt pages on one page?

Is there a freeware utility that allows PDF (or any other document) to
print two pages on one page?

A lot of the printerdrivers can do so, or alternatively create a pdf
(cutepdf printer driver) 2 page up, than print normally the pdf,
