Prining form from Design Mode

How would I print a copy of the form as it appears in Design Mode? I'd like
to get a copy of its appearance for my records as well as the other
documentation.

You can't. At least not directly.
What you can do is copy the window as it appears, and paste it into a
Word document, or an Access report. Those you can print.

With the form in Design View, press Shift + Print Screen.

Open a Word document, or a new Access report, and paste.
 
You can't print the design view directly from Access. You can press the
Print Screen key on the keyboard which will copy the image of the screen to
the clip board. Then you can go into any graphic program (like PhotoEditor)
paste in the image and print that.
