Hi
I have a presentation that I would like to do following
When presenting a slide show, I would like for the coloured background
to remain.
And when printing it in colour, I would like for it not print the
background, but just text, graphs and objects.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
thanks
me
p.s. when I print it to b&w, the background does come through.

Create a presentation with a plain background - then place a color rectangle
in the slide master that fills the entire background - you might want to
choose the "No Line" option for this rectangle. You can also fill this
rectangle with an image or just place an inserted image in the slide/title
master.

View your presentation as required.

When you need to print, just choose Format | Background and place a check
next to the box that says "Omit background graphics from master".
