Primera Disk Publisher (Bravo) XR

I have been asked to setup an XPE master that will include this Primera
Disk Publisher XR.

The disk drive comes up fine, but everytime I try to Add Printers
through the Control Panel the FBA'd system says it is "unable to perform
operation"

I opened a cmd window and the ewfmgr c:
Response was DISABLED, just like I set the set the system up to be.

I went into the Add Hardware wizard in the control panel, and there is a
yellow question mark by the Primera, but when I continue the dialog box
states that the device is acting properly.

Any help would be appreciated.

I found the Components that I needed
I turned on Print Spooler, and added the Required Components and low and
Behold everything was added correctly.
