How do I go about finding out what the Primary and Secondary DNS numbers are
on my computer? Is this assigned by the ISP?
Any assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You would get that from your ISP.

Start>Run. In the Open box type "cmd" (no quotes). In the command window
type "ipconfig /all" (no quotes).
Note the IP addresses for the primary and secondary DNS (dynamic name
system) servers.

Is there a way to look it up on the computer? I am using Windows XP Home
edition.
Thanks

As I scanned through every one, I see this is a correct answer. 10 points to
you.

Neptune.
