Primal-Script vbs

If you right click a vbs file and select "edit with primal
script" you get a MAnitiSpy popup that aks for
permission. After you say yes the script actually runs!
It doesnt open in primal script like its supposed to.
Then if you retry the same script it opens correctly.
Need to tighten this up some guys.

Thanks for the report. This is a known issue and a bug has been filed.
