Pricewatch.com ratings system seems optimistic

However, it seems way off from the ratings of similar vendors on
resellerratings.com

Some examples:

http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1981.html (1.94/10 vs 100%)


While not always stellar on pricewatch.com, there's clearly quite a
disparity between the two.

Having Pricewatch create a rating system is like placing Rush Limbaugh as a
security guard in a pharmacy.

Take a look the Top Stores on Resellerratings.com for some of the better
stores out there.

Well put. As I've said before, do NOT use pricewatch without also using
resellerratings. Often, you will find a GOOD vendor on resellerratings that
has the ALMOST lowest price listed on pricewatch. Then you know where to
send your money. -Dave

Agreed. I'll go further and suggest being leery of resellers with a small
number of reviews, since some of these are just too glowing to be
legitimate.

I've been screwed by a supplied I located using Pricewatch. However, there
is no indicated that Pricewatch conspired to cheat me. I've gotten both
good and bad deals through other sources as well. Caveat emptor.
