Pricelessware button

First question: Who made it?

Second question: Will the one who made it consider making some similar
sized buttons (same background, font etc.)...? :-)

I need small images with text to link to the following places:
- a.c.f. f.a.q
- a.c.f. Wiki
- alt.comp.freeware
- Pricelessware Ware glossary (or perhaps just: Ware Glossary)

It would be nice to have somewhat similar images when linking....

Burnr is the person to ask *but* his ISP had a catastrophe and he's been
off-line since Thanksgiving weekend - should be back soon (fingers
crossed).

Burnr's done new colors/graphics for PL2005 - hasn't been able to upload
- IIRC he said he's made a new site button.
