BUT be aware that the special "Student and Teachers edition" can't be
upgraded to a new version in the future (eg it can be updated with windows
updates but not upgraded. You have to buy the full version next time).

use currency converters online to adjust to normal USD.

if you are not a member find a friend who is member.

Why is it necessary to convert to US dollars? Maybe people don't use US
dollars? It's a big world out there.

More likely (since there are three such numbers) his local
currency isn't the same one as yours.
