How much does Visual Studio 2003 cost?

What do you need to qualify for the upgrade?

How much does the new user version cost?
 
You can probably get the pro version for anywhere from $500 to $600; the
upgrade to 2003 from 2002 is a nominal $29.

I think the promotion for the $29 upgrade has ended. If I remember
correctly, it was to have lasted till the end of Sept. 2003.
