I have a problem with Outlook 2003 when it automatically creates the Outlook
profile and creating the PST with it. I don't know if it is a bug, but I am
able to reproduce it on both of our separate test environments and the
production network.
When it comes to the Exchange mailbox name, and if it is similar e.g. SmithJ
and SmithJo. A dialog box will appear and prompt the user to choose which
mailbox to use. Because of this, it seems that the PRF script stops because
there is no association to a .PST file and it does not create one at all.
The PRF works fine if there are no similarites in the mailbox name.
