previous version of IE

Hi, two questions to which I'd really appreciate answers:

1) Does anyone know of anywhere I can download IE 4??
I'm developing a personal website and would like to test
it on older browsers as well as the most recent versions.

2) Is IE 5 closer to IE4 or IE6? Why?

All versions of IE can be found at http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit

IMO IE5 is closer to IE6, amongst other things because of the scripting and
the CSS support.
